Ironman

I have been running with a few people who are training for the ironman in Clearwater Florida this year.
Distance:2.4 mi. swim 112 mi. bike 26.2 mi. run
Holy crap.
A few of them have gone into the serious shaving part of their regeime having no body hair left. It was hard to get used to at first...but I have to admit I was rather jealous the other day at the five k. For a few minutes I daydreamed about shaving off my hair. Must feel great.
